CuNi1 is a low-nickel copper-nickel alloy plate with nickel content ranging from 0.8% to 1.2%. Manufactured with high-purity raw materials, it features uniform composition and consistent material performance. This alloy has low electrical resistivity and excellent conductivity, accompanied by a low temperature coefficient of resistance, which ensures stable electrical performance even with temperature changes. Its maximum working temperature reaches 200°C. It also delivers reliable anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance, working well in humid and mild salt fog environments.
Widely applied in low-voltage electrical appliances, circuit breakers, electronic connectors, instrumentation, low-temperature sensing elements, daily heating parts, automotive electronics and general marine electrical fittings.
