Crafted via advanced vacuum smelting, multi-pass cold-rolling, and controlled atmosphere annealing processes, this strip achieves ultra-tight dimensional tolerances and consistent electrical properties. It integrates the core advantages of manganin alloys: stable high resistivity, low resistance temperature coefficient (TCR), and excellent corrosion resistance --making it the preferred material for high-stability resistors, precision current shunts, and electrical measuring components in industrial instrumentation, automotive electronics, and precision equipment fields.

The bright annealed surface (Ra ≤0.2μm) is suitable for ultra-fine chemical etching, with a minimum etched line width of 0.03mm.
- Superior Corrosion & Thermal Stability: The Cu-Mn-Ni alloy system forms a dense passive film, which can resist atmospheric corrosion, freshwater, and mild chemical environments (pH 4-10). It passes 1000-hour ASTM B117 salt spray testing with no obvious corrosion. Meanwhile, it has low thermoelectric potential (≤2μV/℃ vs. copper), effectively reducing measurement interference in low-voltage circuits.
